- 100% Rapidly Renewable
Our commitment to renewable resources is showcased in collections, like our iconic Ultraleather, which includes TENCEL™ Modal fibers in the backcloth.
Considered a man-made cellulosic fiber, these fibers are derived from sustainably sourced, rapidly renewable beechwood, providing a testament to our dedication to environmental stewardship.
- Renewable Meets Recycled
In collections such as Brisa, Promessa, and Coast, we now feature ECOVERO™ viscose with REPREVE® recycled polyester in the backcloth. This innovative approach delivers products that are eco-friendly without compromising the high-quality standards Ultrafabrics is known for.
- Each yard of fabric with this backcloth repurposes approximately 8.3 plastic bottles, preventing them from polluting our precious waters.
- Biobased and BeyondIntroduced in 2019, the Volar Bio collection exemplifies our journey towards sustainability, now features a 66% mix of recycled, rapidly renewable, and biobased content. Including materials like REPREVE® recycled polyester, ECOVERO™ viscose, and Susterra® propanediol biobased resin, we're pioneering in creating alternatives that are kinder to the planet.
